I didn't get it....

So I didn't get the project and sooo I spent time designing it and they said yes...but then changed their mind.  Oh well, I will try again.  And so now I have get all my stuff packed again and relocate it then get it all in order again and really get busy on my goals....I will be creating again very soon, until then I plan, plan and plan some more. 

Time to get back into the groove...

I have been very busy at work so I haven't done a whole lot of creating, but it is time to get back into it. I am starting with an invite someone asked me to do. I am presenting her with a sample tomorrow. I hope she gives me the project. Keep your fingers crossed....have a great weekend everyone.

CSI case 9 - My Definition of Nebula

I worked case 9 at CSI!  I truly loved doing this page.  One of the elements to incorporate was a dictionary entry and I quickly knew that I just had to do the definition of my neice's name Nebula but then I also made one up of my own.  My definition of Nebula is as follows

Nebula: pronoun [ ne-bu-la ]

My Niece – the youngest of my 3 nieces; Exuberant – she is sooo full of energy ; Beautiful – a precious little girl ; Unique – just as unique as her name; Loveable – her favorite thingto do is to give besitos (kisses); Adorable  - loving in every way

I was also able to use different "girly" elements on my page that I usually don't get to use since I have all boys and I am constantly working on "boy" pages.  So this was a great challenge and lots of fun. 

Elvis - Case 8 @ CSI

I finally finished Case 8 at CSI!  I actually knew what pics I wanted to use when I saw the challenge but once I put it together...I took it all apart and did it again.  AND....I am so happy with the finished one. I used lots of bling...starting with the bling alphabet and then I embellished the crown and the shoes that I cut out from blue suede paper with my Cricut.  I also used lots of stickles on the decorative star that I cut with my Cricut.  I used some of the extra blue suede paper to make a ruffled strip and added a star cut from transpercy and stickled it too. Then added a few sticker stars. I hope you enjoy it!

Update!

Ok...so I have not been updating my blog like I should and I apologize for that.  I haven't been working on any craft projects lately.  Is it cuz I am lazy?  Nahhhh not really I just took a break and now I am ready to get back into the swing of things and get some creative goals accomplished.  I will tell you that I have been surfing the net and found lots of different and cool creative blogs and challenges.  Right now my fav is CSI http://csicolorstoriesinspiration.ning.com/!  I am currently working on their Case#8.  I hope I can pull it off.  I will post my page in the next couple of days.  Take care my friends and I promise to be better about keeping my blog updated.
